Job Summary

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures throughout the facility and clinics. Travel to and from hospital and clinics will be greater than 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Graduate of a program in a relevant discipline such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a multi-skilled trade, with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience preferred.

Skills and Requirements

• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in stressful environments and take appropriate actions.
• Must complete Driver History for the Fleet program, provide current personal car insurance, and pass background checks.
• Maintain a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle operated.
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum limits of $100,000 per person/per accident when using personal vehicle for work.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including seat belt use and compliance with vehicle laws.
