Job Summary

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures across the facility and clinics. Travel to and from the hospital and outlying practices will be over 75% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Graduate of a relevant technical program or discipline, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a multi-skilled trade, with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in stressful environments and take appropriate action.
• Must complete Driver History checks for the Fleet program, provide current personal auto insurance, and pass background checks for Motor Vehicle reports.

Driver and Vehicle Requirements

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle operated.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum limits of $100,000 per person/per accident if using a personal vehicle for work.
• Compliance with all safety regulations, including seat belt use and adherence to state and federal vehicle laws.
