Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA is seeking a night shift painter to set up and operate painting equipment, mix and apply coatings to parts, and ensure finish quality.

You will work 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM with a 20-minute paid lunch, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, and participate in a 15% night-shift differential. Training and safety gear are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2,000 hours of trade school preferred.
• Experience with shop math and basic welding inspection is desirable.
• Ability to set up and operate painting equipment and apply paint to parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate painting equipment listed in the job description.
• Mix and apply paint to component parts and finished units.
• Follow safety and quality procedures while painting and prepping parts.

NIGHT SHIFT - 3:30 PM to 1:30AM - 20-minute paid lunch

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Painters are responsible for the set-up and operation of the following equipment: cup gun, air-assisted airless gun, Hydra-Cat mixing equipment. Painters are also responsible for mixing and applying paint to component parts and finished units. Painters may be assigned other related duties other than those herein specified.
