Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA, is seeking a Painter to operate and set up production equipment such as cup guns, air-assisted airless guns, and Hydra-Cat mixers. You will mix and apply paint to component parts and finished units and may take on related duties.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong shop math skills.
• Experience with machine setup and operation preferred.
• Familiarity with weld inspection and steel gauges.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Painters are responsible for the set-up and operation of the following equipment: cup gun, air-assisted airless gun, Hydra-Cat mixing equipment. Painters are also responsible for mixing and applying paint to component parts and finished units. Painters may be assigned other related duties other than those herein specified.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

• Set up and operate machines listed in the Job Description above
• Understand weld inspection
• Know types and gauges of steel

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.

• Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times
