Job summary

LECO Corporation in St. Joseph, MI is seeking a Painter III for a regular full-time role in manufacturing. The person will perform silk screening, assist with R&D projects, and execute painting and related tasks to ensure parts meet blueprint specs.

Responsibilities include following router instructions, maintaining part quality, and ensuring safe operation of sanding and finishing tools. Candidates should be able to work 6:00am–2:30pm with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with silk screening and paint prep in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and follow process instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and safe operation of sanding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Silk screen parts to blueprint specifications.
• Mask, paint, and finish parts per blueprints.
• Move LECO parts from raw area to workstation.
• Maintain quality and productivity; self-inspect finished parts.
• Record daily work order numbers and part numbers.
• Assist with routing sheet revision checks and changes as needed.
• Operate related hand tools and sanding equipment safely.
