Job summary

MiTek Industries is seeking a painting-related role based in Missouri. The successful candidate will read blueprints, layout and secure parts, operate hand and power tools, and monitor painting processes to ensure the required finish.

Responsibilities include inspecting pieces for defects, following safe work practices, and supporting material handling and loading tasks as needed. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate safety equipment and maintain safe work habits.
• Lay out, position, align and secure parts prior to painting.
• Inspect work pieces and measure to ensure specifications.
• Monitor painting processes to achieve desired finish.
• Package materials and assist with loading/unloading.
