Job Overview

Responsible for all aspects of the painting process relative to the exterior painting of the coach. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Paint the exterior of the coach to the correct paint scheme
• Paint all component parts to the specific requirements
• Clean and maintain all paint related equipment
• Identify defects and correct them accordingly
• And other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Be proficient in exterior painting process (Must pass skills test)
• Understand the technical aspects of exterior painting (must pass written test)
• Must qualify medically to were necessary PPE equipment (IE.. Respirator)
• Attendance points less than 5.
• No disciplinary issues within the past 6 months
• Read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate in English
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
