Standard Iron & Metal Co. is hiring a Painter Helper to support our line operations. The role is available on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, masking and protecting areas, and ensuring parts are packaged, labeled, and protected from damage. Ideal candidates demonstrate teamwork, strong situational awareness for safety, reliability, a positive attitude, and the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

We are seeking a Painter Helper for our 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift team.

Essential Duties:

• Loading/Unloading: Hanging and removing parts of various sizes from the line.


• Masking & Protecting: Preparing parts by masking areas that need protection.


• Packaging & Labeling: Ensuring parts are securely packaged, labeled, and protected from damage.


• Quality Control: Properly identifying and tagging each part to meet our quality standards.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range:$22.00per hour


• Shift:1st Shift – Mon-Thur. 6:00am – 4:30pm. 2ndShift - Mon - Thurs. 4:30pm - 3:00am and Weekend Shift Fri. – Sun. 6:00am – 4:30pm


• 15% shift differential for 2nd shift and 20% shift differential for weekend shift.
