Standard Iron is hiring an entry-level Wash/Assembly Worker to join a team dedicated to quality and safety. The role offers hands-on training, steady team support, and a path to growth in contract manufacturing with over 90 years of experience.

The position features a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:30pm-3:00am) with a 15% shift differential, competitive pay of $22/hour, and strong benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Key Responsibilities

As a Wash/Assembly Worker, you’ll handle a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Washing, & Assembly:Working with different parts to prepare and assemble finished products.
• Fast-Paced Environment:Staying on top of tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Independent Work:Being a self-starter who can handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physical Stamina:Lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
