Job summary

Standard Iron is seeking an entry-level Powder Coat Painter Worker for the 2nd shift (Mon - Thu 4:00pm – 3:00am) with a 15% shift differential. You will learn and perform masking, powder coating, inspection, labeling, and packaging tasks in a hands-on, safety-focused environment.

No prior experience required beyond 1+ years in powder coat painting; we provide training. Expect reliable work habits, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Load and Unload Parts: Handle various-sized parts with care and precision.
• Masking and Plugging: Prepare parts by masking areas that need protection.
• Powder Coating: Apply powder coatings to parts, ensuring coverage and quality.
• Inspect and Package: Check finished parts for defects and prepare them for safe shipment.
• Labeling and Identification: Properly tag and identify parts to maintain organization.
