Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Paint Line employee for our Lebanon, MO facility. The role involves loading parts on belt wash and hanging parts on hooks as items move along the conveyor chain, with a focus on quality and productivity.

You will work full-time on 1st shift, with overtime possible. Candidates should be at least 18, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable in a non-climate-controlled, noisy manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hang parts correctly


• Notify material handler when parts are finished or skid/containers need to be moved


• Use pallet jack or hoist to position material or containers


• Visually inspect parts for paint defects


• Assist in counting parts and reconciling inventory quantities


• Willingness to assist in other areas as needed


• Other duties as assigned

• Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)


• Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials


• Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time


• Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends

Monday - Friday 1st Shift 7am-3pm

Overtime as needed during the week and/or weekends
