Paul Davis Restoration in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-time Painter to join our Construction/Reconstruction team. The role involves interior/exterior painting, drywall touch-ups, and related repairs, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, handle basic material coordination, and contribute to punch-list tasks while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years painting experience (residential or commercial).
• Some drywall and carp entry skill is a plus.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10 is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Interior/exterior painting and touch-up work
• Minor drywall repair and finishing

• Occasional media blasting + spray sealing
