Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. Starting wage $18 an hour. 4-day work schedule Mon.-Thu. 4:30A-3:00P with OT as needed. The day to day includes safe operation of machines and tools and painting outdoor power equipment to specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk 8+ hours daily.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must wear required PPE.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Job Description

AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painters to join our team in Fayetteville, TN.

Starting wage $18 an hour

4-day work schedule Mon.-Thur. 4:30A-3:00P with OT as needed

THE DAY TO DAY

• Safe operation of machines and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
• Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
• Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
• Operates equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate

The Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
• Must complete respirator questionnaire
