AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production, coach teams, and uphold safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

You will drive lean initiatives, schedule staffing, coordinate departments, and mentor colleagues to improve efficiency and takt time while meeting customer demands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and development of people.
• Working knowledge of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production floor operations, including scheduling, staffing and training.
• Motivate and lead team members; provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Coordinate departmental activities to meet manufacturing schedules and improve OEE.
• Collaborate with inter-department staff to boost productivity and quality.
• Participate in lean activities to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Perform special assignments and duties as required.

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations and help ensure the safe, efficient production and delivery of high-quality products.
