Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Painter for Plant 1 and Plant 3 locations. You will join a dynamic team and contribute to painting outdoor power equipment.

The role starts at $20/hour with a 4 days x 10 hours schedule (Mon-Thu), with shifts from 4:30am-2:30pm or 4:45am-2:45pm in Brillion, WI. Work as part of a team, follow standard work, and participate in preventative maintenance while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Must wear required PPE while performing duties.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machines and tools used in painting outdoor power equipment.
• Live and promote AriensCore values and Principles.
• Paint parts according to specifications.
• Handle raw materials and parts and place them in designated locations.
• Operate equipment necessary to perform the job and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and communicate effectively.

Job Description

THE DAY TO DAY...

• Safe operation of machines and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
• Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
• Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
• Operates equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate

The Qualifications...

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
• Must complete respirator questionnaire
