AriensCo is hiring a Forklift Operator in Fayetteville, TN to join our receiving team. You will lift and move materials, operate forklifts, and help sustain efficient production flows in a collaborative environment.

The position features a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM) with a pay rate of $20 per hour. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Demonstrated experience safely operating a forklift.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must wear required PPE.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and AS400.

Responsabilités

• Move materials for outdoor power equipment as part of a team.
• Handle raw materials and place in designated locations.
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
• Follow standard work instructions and ensure accuracy.
• Assist teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Record information according to standard procedures.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks; move products as needed.
• Enter material movements into AS400 and track inventory.
• Operate pallet jack or industrial truck to move products.
• Deliver right parts to assembly cells promptly.
• Unload incoming product and transfer to storage locations.
• Locate tooling when requested by operators.
• Assist with setup duties as needed.
• Support other areas to meet production targets.

Job Description

Ariens Company is seeking a self-starting, motivated Forklift Operator to work with our receiving team in Fayetteville, TN.

Pay: $20 per hour

4 X 10 work schedule Mon.-Thur. 4:30A-3:00P

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Work as part of a team having responsibility for handling materials for outdoor power equipment
• Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
• Operates equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Records information in adherence to standard work
• Loads and unloads materials and units onto trucks
• Enters the material movement into AS400
• Operates an industrial truck or pallet jack to assist in loading or moving product
• Delivers right parts, right quantities to assembly cells or work centers in a timely manner
• Off load incoming product and transfer to proper storage locations
• May locate and transport raw materials to and from work centers
• Identify and locate proper tooling when requested by operators
• May load and unload dies into work centers
• Empty scrap hoppers
• Assist with set-up duties as needed
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals

The Qualifications…

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Demonstrated experience in safely operating a forklift and other material handling equip
