Job summary

AriensCo is currently hiring a Production Trainer in our Paint department on 1st shift at our Brillion, WI location! In this role, you will play a key part in training and supporting team members within the department.

The position offers a starting wage of $24.00 per hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday (4 days x 10 hours) from 4:45 AM to 2:45 PM and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Capable of performing multiple assembly stations/processes adhering to standard work.
  • Strong Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Train new and existing employees using Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction.
  • Review policies and procedures with new employees.
  • Adhere to core values and review with new employees.
  • Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
  • Assist team members in meeting daily production goals.
  • Participate in Kaizen events or improvement activities as required.

Job Description

AriensCo is currently hiring a Production Trainer in our Paint department on 1st shift at our Brillion, WI location! In this role, you will play a key part in training and supporting team members within the department.

Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:45 AM-2:45 PM

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company Core Values and Principles and review with new employees
  • Review company administration policies and procedures with new employees
  • Review department specific procedures/expectations with new employees
  • Ensure a safe working environment at all times
  • Train new and existing employees using TWI (Training Within Industry) Job Instruction
  • Evaluate trainee performance and enter data electronically
  • Monitor metrics and assist Trainer II in determining training opportunities while working with Team Leaders to coordinate training schedule
  • Manage tooling maintenance including all training materials and Training Cell 6S efforts
  • Report individual training evaluation results to Manufacturing Leader to determine action
  • Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
  • Work as part of a team having responsibility for producing outdoor power equipment
  • Strict adherence to standard work
  • Perform Assembly II production functions, using any equipment necessary to complete stations
  • In a team setting, troubleshoot Safety, Quality and Productivity issues
  • Participate on at least one Kaizen Event or complete a combination of 12 Kaizen Implements or Problem Solvings per year
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capable of performing multiple assembly stations/processes adhering to standard work
  • Strong Microsoft Office preferred
