Meridian HealthCare in Youngstown, OH is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Painter to keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform painting, finishing work, and routine maintenance across multiple locations, supporting a healthy care environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs painting, painting repairs and maintenance of Agency property.
• Fulfills day-to-day work orders as assigned through Jira at our locations in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
• Works as part of a team to complete housing unit turnovers.
• Assists in the completion of the preventative maintenance plan.
• Records and maintains records of all repairs and maintenance actions by facility and unit.
