Overview

Industrial/Automotive Painter ($2,500 sign‑on bonus, weekly pay, 1st & 2nd shift with 15% shift differential). Position located in Mount Joy, PA. Responsible for surface preparation, paint mixing, and application of industrial/automotive coatings to meet specifications, reading blueprints and SOPs, and safely operating ladders and material‑handling equipment such as hoists and overhead cranes.

• Read and interpret blueprints, job instructions and SOPs.
• Apply coatings to proper mil thickness standards.
• Operate ladders and material‑handling equipment safely.
