Bethesda Health Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance team member to perform various tasks including painting, drywall work, and tool maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in light carpentry and be proactive in problem-solving. This role involves travel across communities in Missouri and Illinois and requires physical capability to lift heavy materials.

Must be willing to travel to all Bethesda communities, including communities in both Missouri and Illinois.
Follow all shop rules and safe handling procedures for materials and tools. Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures. Keep work areas clean and public walkways clear. Complete tasks timely and with high quality. Notify supervisors of equipment downtime, delays in parts, and task completion. Record work details in daily logs. Reorder supplies as needed. Perform drywall patching, hanging, taping, and surface preparations for painting or wall hanging. Match and work with various paints and epoxy paints. Repair vinyl and wallpaper. Complete assigned painting tasks promptly. Hang wall coverings as needed. Handle flammable liquids safely, store materials properly, and maintain tools in good condition. Use flammable safety cans for soaking tools. Return worn tools for replacements. May be assigned additional duties as appropriate.
