Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a part-time Painter to join our on-site maintenance team in Lafayette, IN. You will coordinate and complete painting projects, mix and apply paints, and ensure quality standards.

Compassion and accountability guide our work as you inspect finishes, store materials safely and help maintain a welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
• Conscientious with great attention to details.
• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete painting projects, including mixing and applying paint.
• Perform inspections on paint quality, cleanup, storage and proper disposal of paint products.

• Perform inspections on paint quality, clean ups, storage and proper disposal of paint products.

Requirements

• Prior commercial and/or construction painting techniques
• Conscientious with great attention to details
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
