Job summary

CASA Healthcare Team in Indiana is seeking a dependable Regional Painter to support our campuses across the state. This field-based role involves painting interior and exterior surfaces, preparing materials, and maintaining tools and supplies to ensure a safe, attractive environment for residents, families, and staff.

You will travel to multiple CASA facilities, work flexible hours, and contribute to ongoing maintenance projects while upholding safety and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous painting experience required; familiarity with interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while taking direction from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • This position is field based with travel to various CASA facilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
  • Paint and refinish interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and furniture.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
  • Perform routine preparatory maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facilities.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance projects and work order completion at all campuses.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to facility requests.
  • Collaborate with facilities to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment.

The CASA Healthcare Teamis seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Regional Painter to join our team. In this role, you will work across CASA Facilities in Indiana and will provide a strong contribution to the appearance, safety, and functionality of our campuses while contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
