CASA Healthcare Team in Indiana is seeking a dependable Regional Painter to support our campuses across the state. This field-based role involves painting interior and exterior surfaces, preparing materials, and maintaining tools and supplies to ensure a safe, attractive environment for residents, families, and staff.
You will travel to multiple CASA facilities, work flexible hours, and contribute to ongoing maintenance projects while upholding safety and infection-control standards.

This position is field based with travelto various Casa facilities.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
Paint and refinish interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and furniture.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
Perform routine preparatory maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facilities.
Assist with preventative maintenance projects and work order completion at all campuses.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
Respond promptly and professionally to facility requests.
Collaborate with facilities to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment.
Previous painting experience required
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while taking direction from multiple sources.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to facilities throughout Lake County Indiana.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and moving equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
