Job summary

American Senior Communities in Lafayette, LA is seeking a part-time Painter to support maintenance and enhancement of resident spaces. You will mix, match and apply paint, perform touch-ups and ensure clean up and proper disposal of paint products.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
• Conscientious with great attention to details.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion.
• Coordinate and complete both large and small painting projects to include mixing, matching and applying paint
• Perform inspections on paint quality, clean ups, storage and proper disposal of paint products.
