American Senior Communities' Coventry Meadows Assisted Living in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Painter to support daily upkeep of the community. This part-time position involves assisting the Maintenance Supervisor to keep facilities safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role emphasizes CARE values, requires basic maintenance knowledge, and may offer growth through mentorship and education partnerships within the state.

The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Skills Needed:

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
