Reports to: Assembly & Processing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow engineering work order instructions, including processing times, sequences, paperwork, and logs.
• Rack and hang parts for processing.
• Maintain an organized work center.
• Prepare painting materials and products for application.
• Layout or hang parts for painters.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities within the department.
• Maintain an accurate Work Center Dispatch List.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; verification required. ITAR regulations apply. No visa sponsorship available.
• At least one (1) year of experience in painting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, specifically Epicor.
• Experience in chemical conversion or painting for aerospace fabrication.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
