JOB DESCRIPTION
REPORTS TO: Supervisor, Manufacturing (Paint)
SUMMARY
Position is responsible for changes, set-up, and maintenance of machine and equipment parameters. The Paint Tech must follow and maintain safety practices to ensure that self and other team members are working in a safe environment to prevent injuries. Responsible for assuring that all machines and equipment are properly functioning. Interfaces with purchasing, shipping, receiving, molding, finishing, engineering, and quality assurance to assure products are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
One year work-related experience, and successful completion of all related training courses or be willing to enroll in the next available class. Must meet job posting requirements as outlined in the company handbook.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position typically does not require any travel.
