Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Industrial Paint Supervisor to lead a production team on the line and ensure the daily schedule is met. This onsite position supervises and contributes hands-on in production activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating departments, interpreting specs, planning work, maintaining quality, and training new employees while promoting safety and efficient material use. Temp-to-Hire with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Physically capable to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a production team on the line and coordinate daily activities.
• Work with Production Manager to meet goals and schedule.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders for workers.
• Plan work, monitor quality, and adjust workflow as needed.
• Train new employees and promote safe work practices.
