Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company in Prosper, TX is hiring a Store Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with paint-related needs, and drive repeat business. You will mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests, process orders, and help keep the store stocked and welcoming.

This full-time, day-shift role offers starting pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour, benefits, and weekly pay. Candidates should be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 80 pounds as part of stocking,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with clean driving record.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assess the needs of wholesale and retail customers as they enter the store, offering solutions.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests.
• Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing.
• Ensure the store is always clean and stocked with paint and other store products.
• Process orders and payment requests received in-person, by phone, online, and/or email.
• Use POS system to receive payments and cash out customers.
• May be trained to make local deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Report to the Store Manager.
