The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate at Store #2937 in Hampstead, NC to assist customers, process sales, and maintain product displays. The role emphasizes high service levels and meeting sales goals while handling merchandise and deliveries as needed.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: must have at least a 3 rating in the latest performance appraisal.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify needs and recommend products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory control, stock shelves, and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications when needed.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles and assist with deliveries as required.
