The ideal candidate is 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees may need performance ratings and HR courses.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone; assess needs and suggest products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Maintain and stock shelves; ensure displays are presentable.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Keep knowledge of products up to date and discuss options with customers.
