• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Experience selling paint or related products preferred.
• Bilingual abilities including Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and resolve customer questions.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process transactions accurately and meet sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix to spec.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries.
• Keep areas in stock and presentable; stay knowledgeable.
• Follow inventory procedures and suggest sales improvements.
