Job summary

You will greet customers, mix and tint paint, process orders, and use the POS system. The position requires a valid driver's license, 18+, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting and carrying up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assess needs of wholesale and retail customer as they come into the store offering solutions.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer request.
• Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing.
• Ensure store is always clean and stocked with paint and other store products.
• Process orders and payments received in-person, by phone, online, and/or email.
• Will use POS system to receive payments and cash out customers.
• May be trained to make local deliveries using company vehicle.
• Report to the Store Manager.
