Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends with/without accommodation.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee with at least ‘meets expectations’ rating.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions according to policies.
• Pursue monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
