Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Beatrice store is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, identify needs, and recommend suitable products. You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and support deliveries as needed while meeting sales goals.

Position requires strong customer service skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings or weekends as needed. Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Stock shelves, set up displays and tint/mix products as needed to customer specs.
• Assist with deliveries and load/unload as required.
• Maintain inventory and comply with control procedures.
