Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine customer needs, explain Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions while maintaining high product quality and store visuals.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, tinting and mixing as needed, stocking shelves, and assisting in deliveries. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and handle merchandise
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meeting rating and HR eLearning completion

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas
• Stock shelves and displays; tint and mix products as needed
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks
• Maintain clean, presentable areas and inventory control
• Stay knowledgeable on products and available options
