Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish language ability preferred.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and satisfy customer needs.
• Assist customers in person and by phone with product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable displays; stock shelves as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and uphold store standards.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and discuss options with customers.
• Suggest ways to improve sales and customer experience.
