Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will help customers, answer questions about paints and coatings, and recommend the right solutions while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, tinting and mixing products per customer specs, stocking displays, and assisting with deliveries. Multilingual abilities and prior paint/retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate Sherwin-Williams products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Stay informed on product features and phrases to upsell optional products.
