Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Kona Store is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail and wholesale customers by determining needs and recommending the right products. You will process sales, maintain displays, and ensure satisfaction while helping the store hit its sales goals.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, some evenings/weekends, and coordinating with delivery and inventory. Prior paint/retail experience and bilingual skills are a plus in this Hawaii location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policy.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas and assist deliveries as needed.
