Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to assist commercial paint customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and help maintain high product standards while contributing to store sales goals.

Starting pay is $18.85 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, FSAs, disability, retirement plans, and generous time-off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
