The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to support paint customers in the Saint Paul area within a 15 mile radius of Store #703233 at 284 E Lafayette Frontage Rd, Saint Paul, MN 55107. This full-time role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales, stocking displays, tinting and mixing as needed, and assisting with deliveries.
This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Branch Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Branch Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 15 mile radius of Store #703233, located at: 284 E Lafayette Frontage Rd Bldg H, Saint Paul, MN 55107.
This is a Full-time position and the starting pay is $18.85 an hour.
