Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in West Hartford is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend products while delivering strong sales support. You will process transactions, help maintain displays, stock shelves, and ensure accurate order files, while meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18, and be willing to work evenings

Qualifications

Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
