Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in our store. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while resolving concerns and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, and meeting sales goals. Preferred candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and Spanish language

Qualifications

• Have a High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language (English and Spanish).
• Experience selling paint and paint-related products and operating tinting equipment.

Responsibilities
