Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the U.S., fluent in English and Spanish, valid driver's license, able to lift up to 50–70 lbs, and flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale customers and maintain accurate sales records.
• Process sales transactions following policies and procedures.
• Meet and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Manage inventory and display shelves, tint and mix products as required.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Keep work areas organized and maintain product knowledge.
