Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers at Store #3623 in Washington, DC. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions while helping the store meet its sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, and maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams ratings: minimum "meets expectations" (3) on recent performance.
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone; determine needs and recommend products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; ensure clean store equipment.
