Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Ocala, FL. You will assist customers on the floor and over the phone, determine product needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams solutions to drive sales while maintaining store standards.

You will handle transactions, manage inventory, tint and mix products, and support deliveries. Strong communication in English, with Spanish language skills as an asset, is preferred for helping a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sometimes 70 lbs.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and related records.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload deliveries as needed.
