Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store team members to ensure proper store operation and customer service.
• Train staff on duties and delivering excellent customer service.
• Rank team performance and administer store safety program.
• Manage the store PT recruiting project and assist with banking operations.
• Report policy violations to Store Manager and take corrective action.
• Maintain professional store appearance and product displays.
• Meet weekly with management to discuss operational issues.
• Maintain dress code and act as a representative of the company.
• Capable of performing all job classifications under supervision.
