Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience dealing directly with customers in a sales and service environment.
• Recent paint store/construction-related retail management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns job duties to team members and directs their work.
• Training store team members on duties and customer service.
• Ranking team member’s performance.
• Administering store safety program.
• Managing the store PT recruiting project.
• Reports violations to Store Manager and takes corrective measures.
• Maintains professional store appearance, including displays.
• Meets weekly with management team to discuss issues.
• Performs banking operations.
• Maintains dress and appearance standards.
