Lawrence Brothers Inc. is seeking a General Laborer to support multiple manufacturing operations in the Paint Shop. The role involves surface grinding, wash bay prep, powder coating, and assembly, with a focus on safety and quality. You may rotate through different stations and learn several processes.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of following detailed work instructions while collaborating with teammates to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow basic work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate surface grinders to prepare parts for finishing.
• Clean and prepare parts in the wash bay prior to coating.
• Hang and remove parts from the production line.
• Assist with assembly of finished products per work instructions.
• Inspect parts for defects before and after processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow production schedules and meet shipping deadlines.
• Safely operate hand tools, grinders and other equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to a supervisor.
