Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow the Renovia account and other district opportunities in the Fresno area. You will develop relationships with painting contractors and store personnel, determine product needs, and conduct product demonstrations to support sales goals.

The role requires coordinating with district managers, traveling to client sites, and maintaining knowledge of competitive offerings. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and strengthen business relationships at the district level and with customers.
• Develop a strategy of selling opportunities and identify items or product categories needing attention.
• Develop, support and strengthen field relationships with painting contractors and subcontractors.
• Plan and conduct weekly selling calls with store/branch managers and district managers.
• Provide product demonstrations and access product data to support customer requirements.
• Identify inventory needs and communicate with stores to ensure product availability.
• Monitor district-level inventory and report on key product lines as directed.
