Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Store #703296 in Blaine, MN. You will help retail and wholesale customers understand needs, recommend products, and resolve issues to ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have met expectations rating and completed required HR Cloud eLearning per Sherwin-Williams policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
